The first round of Dakar has started with a sound result for the Valvoline team! Martin started as 10th and drove as fast as he could. With only a slight delay in the dunes, the team managed to overtake the mighty Kamaz and finished 7th of the day, a great position to start from on day 2. See video of day 1 below
Second truck, the quick assistance truck, started as 53th, but worked itself up the ranks and finish on a very good 30th place. The assistance truck managed to get a bit closer to the main racing truck
